In 1926 Sydney was still a relatively young city of 138 years with a population of just over 1 million people. This map of Sydney shows early details of the suburbs around Sydney Harbour. Recreation reserves, railways, tramways and ferry routes are shown on the map. The site of Sydney Harbour Bridge is shown on the map with the note "Bridge Under Const."
